We work hard to ensure our products are of the highest quality and are confident they will meet your needs.   However, if you purchase a geakware product through our website and are not completely satisfied, we will fully refund your money.

  • Requests for refunds must be received within 30 days of purchase.
  • This policy only applies to products purchased on our website.  Purchases made through one of our distributors are subject to the return policy of the distributor and are not eligible for a refund through geakware.
  • We make every effort to handle refunds immediately.   However, please allow up to 10 days for refunds to be processed.
  • While most refund requests will be processed without question, geakware reserves the right to deny a refund for any reason.
